These weekly 30 minutes sessions are designed to help reduce stiffness, improve mobility, and recharge.
Each session will help you:
Release tension and improve flexibility
Move with greater ease and confidence
Build healthy movement habits
Throughout the series, you'll explore stretching, mobility, breathing, and functional movement for everyday life.
Registration is required. After registering, each participant will receive a participant waiver by email. The waiver must be completed before attending any classes.
